MessageHello everyone,
I've been away for awhile, but looking over some of the posts, you've had some wonderful discussions. I appreciate the resource of your experience on this site. Someday I would like to post something about the inner mechanics of Tibetan tantra and the cycles of insight that are not commonly spoken of. It shows strong parallels with Taoist thought, or possibly, universal processes.
Anyway, I have started revisiting some of the basics again and am going back to the inner smile. I have seen a number of different patterns for going through the body. Some explore the yin organs, then the yang, and then neutralize in the central channel. Others attempt to follow the creation cycle. Does anyone have insight on a good order to go through the organs or the different effects of each sequence? Is there an order that would be particularly good for sharing with patients?
Thanks for the input. Enjoy the turn of the currents after the solstice,
Pema
