In some sense, it almost doesn't matter which category an experience falls into;
it's just whether or not the experience can be integrated in, and used as an additional source of growth, so that one can live more freely and open-hearted in the
present moment. The rest is just semantics and may not be "important" in its own right. They just serve to be judgments which cloud the heart and act as barriers to love . . . both for oneself and for others. Better to just accept and integrate
and avoid letting the mind get too involved . . .
