If you are going to ejaculate, I'd recommend doing it before being
with the girl . . . otherwise you may subconsciously project some
resentment toward her for breaking your retention . . . could
end up deepening a sexual "tug-of-war" type feeling toward women
in general. Unhealthy.
But you would have to look within and decide for yourself.
As an aside, I can tell you that dual cultivation is quite a bit
different than solo cultivation. Even though solo cultivation
can give you warmup practice, dual cultivation is practice of
a different nature. Despite success solo, you may not have
success in duo immediately; it's trickier.
