MessageWell beacase my new idea of my health program, to more or less do everything I can at the same time to try to heal the problem, I have decided to also do retention according to the kidney program.
The high scores for retention makes it more important to follow that part of the program.
Generally high scores will indirectly streanghtens my will to not do thoes things that I had choosen to have high scores.
There is also a possibility to do intercourse, which also if done in a proper way has the ability to heal my problem. So more sex and flirting is a nice thing to do this summer. Quite nice program actually :)
