Message You're welcome, Shenchi. May I ask, is the 9 Palaces qigong that you do a stepping pattern that's a square with nine segments? Does this qigong somehow have to do with the 9 Palaces on top of one's head, or is it more of a cosmological thing, or both? Could you please give us more info on the 9 Palaces qigong you do, or other similar 9 Palaces qigong.
Also, I think there is one or more versions of the Pace of Yu that somehow incorperates both the 9 Palaces and the 7 Stars, but when I was researching it I didn't fully understand it, but that may be something you want to look into. The site I'm linking to below is actually quite extensive, I have only read a small amount, and you can see at the top there's a small menu to even more I Ching stuff.
