MessageSince the hand patterns are at a different level every two rotations, the Qi is gathered at a different level each time. When I practice it using One Clouds formulas, I use the dan tien according to the formula and the hand level. When practicing it without intention, the qi is gathered generally throughout the body or in the dan tien according to the level of the hands depending on your focus.
The application of this qigong form varies according to the practitioner.
