MessageFrom my experience, and also what Michael has said, the 7-star form creates tha pattern of the big dipper on earth, and like Steven said, it mixes star and earth energy in your core. Stars are the most accessible form of yuan qi in later heaven, but one must have grounding in earth qi before being able to integrate it. I also like to use the toning to amplify one cloud's formulas while doing this form.
