MessageLaotzu ascension site is not a cave, it's an open air (roofless) very plain shrine.
You have to be there to get its vibration to be able to wire it through the earth to a new location. And you need skill in being able to go deep within the earth, as that is blocked in most people. That is taught in my sun-moon alchemy retreat, 4th formula.
Dog, I did notice you during the radio program. There was a column of HOT air rising nearby.....:)
