MessageIt appears that when you have a sunspot, the sunspot itself is "cooler"
than the sun's average temperature.
However, strangely enough, the BOUNDARY of the sunspot becomes hotter
than the sun's average temperature, and this effect dominates. This
then creates more overall solar radiation, so that when you have
more sunspots you get more solar radiation.
Strange, very strange.
