Aside from the Solstice Ceremony, there's just "something" about that Deep Healing Qigong Form that is really powerful for me. It has definitely helped to accelerate the Jan 2 transformation.

I have a few theories as to why, but I need to think about it a bit more.

One thing that is interesting is that every time I do that form, it feels MORE powerful that the time before.

I am starting to "stabilize" now, and I am naturally starting to do qigong on a more frequent basis. I think that the transformation on January 2 was just so strong, so sudden, and caused so much of change, that I needed to get my bearings. In a way, I think that I was changing so fast that I was "afraid" I was going to lose myself. I would occasionally stop and wonder if I were "still me". The answer was, of course, yes--just a different and better version of "me".

The irony is, is that that is exactly what I wanted. I just didn't think I would get it!

Steve
