MessageI have experienced these types of astral parasites departing during intense kan and li retreats, or meditations at home, They can be present at many levels which reflects its origin (personal, ancestral etc.), this type of energy can also be experienced as a dark viscous mass.
Its a good idea to continue doing whatever you were doing to integrate and harmonize your inner self so there is less unconscious space for them to feed in. I have found kan and li with the seven directions useful for this.
