MessageInteresting article, especially in light ofthe idea that when a person goes through trauma, a part of themselves becomes fragmented, perpetually re-living that trauma but splits apart to save the greater whole. I think it shows the importance of "soul retrieval", gathering all the fragmented parts of the self, and facing or recognizing negative emotions when they occur in order to see the contrast and grow and identify with the pure virtue qualities, to create what you want.
