The last pills I've had were Salmon Oil from Alaska bought pretty cheap from china town. Now I'm swallowing Trader Joes Fish Oil, ingredients sardine, mackerels and other fish.

Two advantages, maybe, first smaller fish = less pollution(?), two they say they process any pollutants away. Ofcourse processing away pollutants is secondary to separating oil from a clean wild fish in the first place.

Probably keeping it simple and getting the higher quality oil in glass from a reputable seller is the best (and most expensive) option.

Catching the fish is best. Unless you're in Chicago and into PCB's.
