In college I got a bad case of it. Too much reading, analyzing, thinking. Thats the main reason I got into the martial arts. Punches, kicks, chokes, they are real and happened Now. Nothing to argue or think about.

Thats what I admire about people like Eckhart Tolle. He has nothing to give or teach. Whatever 'enlightenment' you may recieve from him comes from taking things away.
