MessageSome say that life is one long process of disillusionment. I suppose expecting things from people that they're unable to offer bears this out. This scenario is played out all over the place. There was a thread on another forum where someone was nonplussed at the difference between peoples declared views and their actual behaviour. The following observation was quoted:
"Dharma centers are like hospitals. There are a lot of sick people there. Don't expect everyone to be healthy. Just because there's Dharma at Dharma centers, don't expect everyone to be so good. That's why they're there."
