How do you do moongazing?
In cosmic healing poster sun has resonance point of third eye. This is easy: just close eyes, experience the color, and feast (like inner smile).

Moon has the resonance point of perrineum. I didn't quite figure how to do this. So I am generally just absorbing through energy body without specific physical reference. Just shift in energy ball, connect to moon, and eat. Then digest.
Must say didn't try same procedure with sun. But then I see more of moon now then sun.
