MessageI've been reading about a few long life practices which involve gathering elemental energies from the Universe and was struck how this principle could be used with the pearl formed during fusion. Once the pearl has been formed and becomes compassion energy from fusing the best of the organ energy it could then rest in the lower tan tien and gather and absorb all the elements, one by one and eventually all of them simultaneously. This process could be enhanced by co-ordinating the breath with light, sound and colour. There's plenty of scope for creativity and experiment here. Does this idea strike a chord with anyone?
