MessageWendy, you must ONLY use Mesosilver IF you plan to take it into your lungs. Please do not use ordinary colloidal silver in a nebulizer as it can cause problems because it is not refined enough.
Other colloidal silvers are okay for stomach ingestion as long as you don't overdose.
