MessageBefore I fall asleep, I've been 'breathing up' my small toes, up the sides of legs, to my crown then down my center line to my hara. Then breathing up each toe in til I am am at the big toes breathing up the following the inside of my leg, up to the crown then down to the hara.
In the Winns Tai Chi, you use your fingers both for counting and to feel the movement energy in each fingers meridian. I figure this is similar.
As long as I'm in bed and have to breath, why not do something practical. When I wake up I stay flat, but circle my feet around, then massage the soles with other foot.
