I will watch the protein / starch / fruit times to eat also. Increase the vegetables
I will increase my physical activity. I think a little bit of those Hindu squats, some taiji, some pilates (still like that one - gets rid of the big ass fairly well) and some exercises that VIRAJ, a male belly dancer suggested I do but I gave up doing. He had the nicest ass I have ever seen on male or female. These exercises were based on body weight training similar to football/sport exercises. A lot of circuit cardio.
No wonder I quit doing it, it almost killed me.
I don't know Plato ... just "Hindu" squats and pushups? I don't want to look like Matt Fury. As a martial artist I hear he is quite controversial, as a wrestler, I hear he is pretty good.
