*Bones, braing, muscles, tendons are concepts that are results of studying cadavers.
Cadavers are lifeless. And such method of observation is one of separation.
Thus it is more proper to call it body spirit cultivation.

**However there are some specifics to such cultivation.
It is raw cultivation.
Colours, sound, smell are omitted in beginning practices.

***There is dillema wheather to use bone structure of torso or centrall channels of torso.
1.However bones are part of studying cadavers and central channels are part of life force.
2.I find there is better connection middle dan tien to shoulder then collar bone to shoulder.
Later is great provocation for eliciting neck tension.
3.This is also part of Kumar scetches of central channel.

Readings: Winn, Chia, Kumar, Frantzen
Warning: hitting is intended for cultivation of extremety and torso central channels. Utilizing hitting with intent of cultivating meridians while using HT sequence is hazardous. Even if one uses Japanese system of meridians.
