On the Fusion I tape, Michael Winn has a practice of starting of doing the orbit, making it macro(including the feet), then imagining a 'clone' on standing on top of you and a clone beneath you under the earth, and carrying on the orbit through all 3 of you. Then having 2 clones above and two below and having the orbit zig zag up and down.

I really liked that practice. It got into the deep grounding that felt reassuring.
