MessageThe only tool is to watch the mind, slow it down to catch the unfoldment the mind and eventually "stop the mind." Then you start to get the power of choice. But, you still have to make that choice. ;) Practically speaking, I recommend a book by The Professor. If you are interested I will tell you which one. This is more practical then seeking samadhi, IMO.
To attain samadhi requires years of preparation or the karma for it. Most don't have it, so it is setting an unrealistic goal.
