MessageIf you open your eyes and ears you will find the reason why women are in their present day situation right here in this forum. And although this forum has changed a lot in the last few months if you had been present before the "crash" and I believe you were ... the answer would've been even more apparent. A lot of men do not take women seriously.
What every man seems to forget is that they were brought into this world in between the legs of a woman and they were nurtured by a woman. Yet in our society most men tend to ignore that fact. Used and abused alot of the time, women are. Sure not all of the time ... but it happens still way too often. Way too often. So of course women sometimes get into male bashing, kind of a reflex I think. And I do agree with Wendy ... it will take a good many years before we truly understand each other and respect each other the way it should be.
I work in the health care system - most of the workers there are female. Caregivers. They take up administration, clerical, nursing, etc. Some male, but a lot of females. It is in a lot of our natures to be caregivers. Primordial. However that has been so abused. Ah, well, we will work it all out eventually won't we.I know a good number of women who can fix the dryer and washing machine but I do not know that many men who get up to feed babies at 3:00 a.m.
