MessagePerhaps it would be of benefit to a good many people to know what transmission means, to really and truly know its process, its intention and the relationship between sender and receiver. It is this process I believe that gets not too few "white" westerners confused - including me. Most westerners are not familiar with the concept of having information enter our center thru ways other than sight or hearing. And this confusion I believe is what helps some teachers take advantage of their students. I am not speaking for all westerners of course, but I do believe there are a good number who feel that when they get messages they are from a "higher power" and relate that knowledge to "god". And maybe this is what some eastern teachers found out by mistake but are also maybe just a tad reluctant to inform the truth - because having done so would then take away that place of idolism that they maybe unintentionally but nevertheless the teacher has created. Now the westerner begins to be a little confused - is what they feel "god", "teacher" or "mind". Now that is tricky. And I haven't seen too many "masters of the art" readily give teachings to clarify that. One should always remember that just as in research and evaluation where statistics can mean whatever the gatherer of those statistics wants them to mean (by placing boundaries and limitations on those statistics gathered), so too can the knowledge that the "teacher" transmits. The knowledge that is transmitted is really only as good as the boundaries and limits/non limits, information that the sender creates/transmits and the receiver "clearly" receives/does not receive. I have only recently somewhat realized the extent that I have been transmitted to and you know what .... why the hell didn't someone just say something! But as I said before, saying something would have just made things clear. Clarity brings truth, truth brings balance, balance takes away fear ....taking away fear brings empowerment, empowerment of the self. I believe there is a fine line with transmission and some teachers do not hold that responsibility close to their hearts but rather closer to their money pocket. I myself have no problem with transmission when it is given with a clear warm heart. I am actually fond of having another with me, if that other's intention is true. And so I guess it is as you say Michael, if one is comfortable with transmission, but a person should also be aware that if you are not comfortable with transmission from one soul does not mean that you will necesarily be uncomfortable with transmission from another. Sometimes the integrity of the sender and receiver need to be in similar alignment and if not then that is when the sender needs to communicate that to the receiver in words. To clarify what is honestly happening in his transmissions and to clearly state what he expects in return of that transmission. Face to face with the receiver. Enough wishy washy guess this, maybe not that games. For that is exactly what will transcend if clarity is not obtained in intention and expectations. And you don't want to go there. No one should have to go there.
