MessageI have been doing 4-6 hours
of practice every day since
I have been off of work. A
kind of mini reatreat. It
has been great, I have a lot
of time alone and it gives
me a chance to get further
into my core than I have ever
been able to before.
Now I need to rework a practice
schedule. When I got home from
the interview I immediately had
the need to do priomordial.
I felt the presence of beings
standing behind me. They weren't
saying or doing anything, I just
felt their smiles. It was a physical
feeling, I could feel the heat of
their smiles in my back.
