Thanks for the informative reply Max. I purchased a Chia book on how to circulate the Microcosmic orbit and personally I just felt too confused with put your mind here and put your mind there. The thing I like about Chu's methods are they are just very simple and effective, the most vizualistaion it requires is in one of the stages you focus on the dan tien for a while prior to going into emptying the mind. It makes sense to me that if your Chi is strong and you mind is empty the Chi will flow unobstucted to areas which need healing.
