Messagewell i guess that i still have to work on my xing xing since i can't even see falun yet ( you know thoughts about torturing people keep getting into my damm head, well not to mention some other things THAT YOU REALLY DON'T WANT TO KNOW !!!!!! )
i've been practicing all day yesterday and my only trouble is in touching myself accidemtally while doing the falun heavenly circuit exercise. NOT TO MENTION THE FULL LOTUS POSITION. I PUT MY LEGS IN THAT POSITION AND CAN'T EVEN HOLD IT FOR 45 SECONDS CUZ IT HURTS SO BAD.
BUT THE ENERGY MECHANISMS I CAN FEEL WHILE DOING THE PENETRATING THE COSMIC EXTERMES EXERCISE.
