MessageI mentioned in a post a few days ago how I am studying the methods of
Taoist Master CK Chu from NYC who has written a couple of books on Nei Kung, Meditation and Tai Chi. His meditation methods are very simple and require no vizualizations or circling of the microcomsic orbit, he is very highly regarded as a Taoist Master yet his Meditation methods differ some much from yours and Chia's methods.
My Question is have you heard of Master Chu and what is your opinion of his methods, would you class his methods as Traditional Taoist Methods.
