MessageWell. As a practitioner you are meant to restrain yourself to one woman. Sure enough! As a practitioner you are not meant to indulge in sex or sexual thoughts! Sure enough. Watch your mind and raise it. Semen retention is achieved by refraining from sexual thoughts and practice. But do not worry too much about it. Just be a good practitioner. Using any method would be using methods out of the Falun Gong system. Thereby you would be bringing other QiGong stuff into your Falun Gong practice and damage your Falun. In one of his books he speaks about losing essence during night, when you are approached by "beautiful beings". He says that if you can not control yourself there you have lost it all and it will be very difficult to even start again with proper practice.
this is what I remember Falun Gong practitioners talk about from Falun Dafa meetings with Master Li and what I read (no time to look that up for you. hope you don't mind)
