MessageI think left alone the energy's tendency is to leak out or said another way the path of least resistance is down and out. But that is what the practices partly try to rectify.
Swed.. Dra.. made good points, one particulary about fusion which may be helpful to you. It is through Fusion that enables you to be/keep centered and not entangle emotions with your jing which will naturally amplify them. Regards.
