Hi Adel,

As for a *normal* shuttle, I don't think there is one that runs year-round.

However, usually the retreat program hires someone special to do a shuttle
specifically for the purpose of getting people to and from the retreats.
When the shuttle driver is already full or booked already, Tynne (retreats
registrar) or *I* will fill in that role in a pinch. To my knowledge,
no one has ever been stranded. In the meantime, you should get in contact
with the retreats registrar (Tynne) and get on a list of people needing
rides from Charlotte airport. Which retreat week are you coming in?

For telephone calls, if you don't have a cell phone (Verizon is best for
connectivity issues), then purchasing a cheap calling card is your best
bet (you can pick up these up relatively cheaply at a lot of convenience
stores). There is usually a non pay phone somewhere that can make local
calls, and you would use that and dial in the number on the calling card
to use the minutes on it and dial long distance.

Best,
Steven
