MessageSo apparently I just learned today that it is against
Michigan law to elect to go to a licensed acupuncturist
and get acupuncture WITHOUT first going to a standard
Western medical doctor . . . then telling this said
medical doctor that you have something wrong with you,
and then after his medical examination, he has to
approve acupuncture treatment for this problem and
then refer you to an acupuncturist.
You'd think that the fact that the person is licensed
would be good enough, but no . . .
Apparently only qigong and massage are the only
alternative therapies you can elect to do without
"permission" from Western medicine.
The more liberated and self-empowered I get from
doing Healing Tao techniques, the more frustrated
I get with governmental intrusion trying to control me.
Attn Government: As long as I'm not harming anyone,
keep your nose out of my business.
