Also thanks for sending me your answer by mail, as you have guessed I was not checking up the answers here anymore.
Yes, it is a benign tumor. It is very small and you would not notice by just touching as it is very deep much inside.
After reading every message I suggested her to avoid using a bra (especially the ones with something hard below, don't ask me why would a women use them).
Start doing breast massage, and stop repressing her desire. When she feels desire that's when she should do breast massage.
She was very happy with those suggestions, and said that she felt inside she should have done so, but would not have done it by herself. I would take this as a confirmation that we are on the right track.
Oh, btw, yes the word is tumor. I keep on being imprecise. My parents told me that a tumor was a benign cancer, and now 30 years later I still use a 6yo ontology to understand the world!
