Wow, some information for a change. Has been rare at this site for quite some time.

I have found some things out in my studies.

#1 in doing 90 days of qiogng or 100 ...done it twice. don't expect miracles. and just do strenuous exercise to balance it.

#2 I don't do breathing exercises not even with the microcosmic orbit becvause it gives me a headache and I figure if it were truly important enough a teacher would say ...ONLY do it in my presence where I can watch over you. This watching over from miles away is a bunch of hot air. Teachers today don't want to be bothered with students who need help, basically the only students they want are ones that can make them money or ones that have money that they can use. Isn't that one of the "teacher" guidelines .... to show you how to live your life easier so YOU can reach YOUR OWN immortality. You can't do that if you have students who don't or can't pay for your livelihood. And don't get me wrong. For a teacher who truly gives heart I would give mine and I would help them wonderously.

#3 We all die. And when we die it is doubtful that any of your teachers will be there to send you off or give good wishes. But your friends and family probably will be. And if you are every fortunate to run into a teacher that would do that, then give them a hug for me. I haven't.

#4 this emotional crap is just that. We are human. We are meant to cry and laugh and get pissed off. It is just how we handle it that is important. emotions are so powerful ... they can move mountains and make this world a fantastic place. The power of love. LOVE believe it or not is an emotion. And you could spend your who life digging inside trying to find out what makes you tick and then you die. Why not kick it all to the side and go LIVE your life. No human will ever reach the true void and be perfect. We are not meant to. That is for when we are finished. So...go expereince, be happy, love, live... and if you don't like something then say it. Because without sharing and working together nothing can ever change.

#5 The teacher thing. Well, I am not impressed. I still haven't found one. Oh well. Tried, but not working. Heavy sigh. I like my cat though. Both of them. they teach me a lot. And they never hold carrot in front of me like I am a donkey. Not sure who started that tradition. However I believe it was a person with masochistic tendencies.

#6 I would love to learn taichi and sword again, but I won't give away my soul to do it. And I won't kiss ass either. but if there is ever anyone out there who wants to teach a not so young lady a beautiful flowing taichi form and sword form that she can practise for the rest of her life (not necessarily ending up teaching it herself not making money with it, but for just pure joy) well let me know. I don't know what happened to teachers who teach because they love to and they love to see someone else love what they teach. I don't know what happened to them. I had some when I was growing up but lately, not so. Too many rules first, kiss my ass first. I don't understand that. Heavy sigh. Never will I guess.

Well, enough of that. I practise qigong, I don't have a teacher that watches over my every move, I don't have a teacher in my own country even. It hasn't been easy but every time I meet a teacher I think...this is it.....and so disappointing when it isn't. So, well, I guess maybe I am not meant to have a teacher....which means by what you say I am then going to be emotionally unstable and psychotic. Oh well. Better to be that than a jackass chasing carrots all your life. And I love a good cry. And you know getting angry sometimes, just makes me feel like I have something in me that is worth it. And that is what a lot of my teachers seemed to try and take from me .... my worth. On the other hand ...maybe they taught me that. I won't forget their teachings, I may forgive them for their teachings, but I will not forget. I don't have to do that. The universe says I need only forgive. so consider it done.

Love to all of you.
Take care and what's with the crap on the site lately. It is like watching a D movie. sorry but we all have preferences.
