I just woke up 4:35 am because a large amount of chi buzzed on my legs and on the left side of my crotch and is getting stronger if I lie down so I am sitting right now which somehow lessens it. Last night I was bringing down energy from my head and some venting before I slept. Does this mean some chi are trapped on my legs or something?!

All I got are these weird happenings since I got that book from Chia!!!!!
