MessageI have found in general men will approach sexual practices out of a book especially, to be the yang form. Most do not do the yin form which I find safer, and since it is harder for most men I really recommend it. If solo, make love to your self. Touch your self like you want a lover to touch you. Relax and open more to your acceptance or unconditional love if you like. Let the orgasms radiate where needed opening up emotions, and different parts of the body that might lay dormant. You may find you have problems trusting and opening up, you may even feel the resistance. Just rest with that, accept it, it will change. Do not clamp up but open up, if you ejaculate fine, just lose your self in unconditional love, the multiple orgasms will come. If you have a partner loss your self in their eyes, and open your heart.
Before sex I would recommend asking for help from any taoist immortals, and spiritual guides that are willing and able to help guide you through your love making session. Hold the intention to use the sexual practices to gain greater unconditional love balance and harmony.
I am glad sex has ounce again been the gate way to the TAO. You may start in your pants but end up in your heart.
Also side note for solo practice I have found. Porn is false yang(stimulating but with costs, not holistic), and is very attractive to very watery(introverts) types, and men in general. I have tested it and found that even with guilt gone it is false yang and is to much stimulus. Along with the physic garbage and the sexual energy leak. I have tested it at every level and found it not to be healthy. But nothing to feel guilty about. Most will naturally stop later down the road in the health tao system.
I would start with fundamentals dvd and cds they are located on the front page. You can also come to a fundamentals course live in ashville later this year.
hope that helps
