Fusion of the Five Elements . . .
Part I is emotional alchemy to give tools for working with
the emotional body--emotions make sexual energy more volatile
Parts II and III open the 8 Extraordinary Vessels--vital
energy pathways in the body.

Really the only things that will help get the energy out of the
head are:

1. Grounding
2. Opening up the front channel and trying to bring the energy down it
3. Time--sexual energy is hard to move once it gets stuck.
