MessageIn some extended Inner Smile sessions, there is a dissolving process
of dissolving your physical body and shifting into your energy body, so
there is nothing wrong with doing a shift . . .
The only words of caution I'd suggest is that you don't do it
with the point of view of casting judgement on your body, because then
you can create a body-spirit split. The advantage of the Inner Smile
technique is that you first accept the body, ground it, and use it
as a foundation for playing in the energy body. The potential problem
with saying "I remove myself from myself" is that if you say it with
the wrong perspective, you could create a negative judgement on the
body, and then by immediately leaving it could create a split.
In short, I don't think there is any problem playing with it for fun
from time to time--just make sure you spend time showing your body love and practicing integrating it with your spiritual side.
