some case history
by one day fast recipes
first the gall bladder takes a dump
then nothing
then feeling stuping by taking pumpking oil and just digesting it
a reason for omitting laxatives in next fasts
then 4 day fast. first day nothing. second day liver takes the dump.
very illustrious
some recipe:
1.
drink small amounts of olive oil each morning (like 3ccl)
2.
no eat after breakfast
4h before bed: drink epsom salt glass water (12.5g of salt in a 2dcl water)
2h before bed: drink epsom salt glass water (12.5g of salt in a 2dcl water)
0h before bed:drink 1—2dcl of olive oil with some grappefruitjuice
0h after bed: drink epsom salt glass water (12.5g of salt in a 2dcl water)
2h after waking: drink epsom salt glass water (12.5g of salt in a 2dcl water)
3.
no eat after breakfast
0h before bed:drink 1—2dcl of olive oil with some grappefruitjuice
4.
day one (Friday):
salt water fast (physiological solution) or apple juice fast
0h before bed: 2 dcl of oil with some grappefruit juice
day two (Saturday):
salt water fast (physiological solution) or apple juice fast
0h after waking: 1 dcl of oil with some grappefruit juice
0h before bed: 1 dcl of oil with some grappefruit juice
day three (Sunday):
salt water fast (physiological solution) or apple juice fast
0h after waking: 1 dcl of oil with some grappefruit juice
0h before bed: 1 dcl of oil with some grappefruit juice
