By practicing alchemy, the sexual issues are transformed at deeper and deeper levels. the polarity between man and woman, yin and yang is one of the deepest rifts in human consciousness. The times and society we are living in carries loads of unresolved issues, and expectations on how you should be and act.

By slowly merging with the different levels of the consciousness of nature through alchemy (kan and li), you cn slowly bring back the neutral center that was lost in the split between man and woman.

The transformation of sexuality is a long process, in the same way that spiritual transformation is a long process.

The transformation of the Jing is the most difficult but also provides the most lasting results, because it gives substance to the spirit.

Lately, I have been moving the alchemical transformations (kan and li)back down to my Jing center before leaving them to rest in the ower dan tien.
