Is Phowa considered a "Dzogchen" practice? Is it correct to say that most of the Tibetan Yogic practices are not exactly Buddhist in origin? I am not clear on what exactly Dzogchen is, and how it was incorporated into Tibetan Buddhist practice, and whther or not it is related to Bonpo?
