MessageWow, sounds like me a few years ago. I actually gave up on trying to find ANY real teachers who actually want to teach people because they want the betterment of thr human race not their pocket book. Ha, ha, ha.
I gave up actually on a lot of energy workers and ungrounded people looking for whatever and teaching whatever. Met some truth, met some very rancid people, met all out and out lies, met people who said "why my dear you look like you could lose weight ..... have I got a deal for you! Just so happens my practise I do helps with that". I think if I told them I loved pink elephants they would have promised me that if I did their practise I would be able to attain those too ... in 30 days of practise.
What a gas..... I am so sorry to be so happy about someone else feeling the way I did. I do sympathize with you.....but don't even waste your energy on them. I decided not to. When you think of it, really why would any traditional REAL master want to train a westerner. Come to think of it, why in all of these 7 years would I even dream of thinking that. I am major glad I woke up from that nightmare. You are wishful thinking if you even remotely think that there are ANY masters out there interested in being "close" to their students, to be caring, to be sharing. To put their students on same level and encourage their progress on a day to day, week to week or year to year basis, you my dear friend and any other misquided soul are TOTALLY living in another dimension. The new age brings remote masters, charging as you said major dollars ($3,000) for a week's training and then they disappear. Never to hear from them, never to "feel" them, not to be encouraged, not to be inspired, not to be "side by side" ever. IT DOES NOT HAPPEN. WILL NOT EVER HAPPEN. IT IS PASSE. GONNOS. CHEATOS. MAJOR NO EXPECTATIONO'S. This is the new age of "masters" who teach how hard life can be and can YOU be fortuitous in living with no money since you gave all of your mortgage and utility money to them. How can YOU overcome life's obstacles .... which mostly turns out to be THEM! Alright, you have got it all. Right on.... sorry, just so very, very, very, happy to hear it from someone else.....Excuse me as I again recede back into the wallpaper..... a wallflower I shall be again. At least I am not a liar, a cheat, a false prophet. At least I can make the wall pretty.
