Sometimes wanting something to much is the biggest obstruction. This is against the wu wei principel. So you can do the practises without wanting a special result like an orgasm without ejaculation or other special results. Just be with wat is and enjoy it. The special things you are at might happen or they might not happen. It doesn't matter. To be with what happen in the present moment and enjoy it feel it and be with it is what matter. The special things coming to you then is not goals it's unexpected beatiful flowers to enjoy during your way.
One problem might be to have a book with the title "multi orgasmic man" this will surtainly create expections.
