MessageAlong my spiritual path I read:
(rough translation into English from my own language)
"The world would be a better place if more people would try to become human first, instead of trying to become super-human."
I see many seekers running too fast (as I did myself) or believe they are the chosen ones. But that is fine, eventually they will
hit the wall (as I did) or grow insight in their super feelings (like you did) and hopefully they become still and humble.
Your chi practice will become a humble sacred act, you will not feel better than but you will feel connected.
Your practice will become a dance to honor yourself, your body and your spirits. And from that it will grow to serve others.
Our society is dealing with 'too much' and as every society in time and space it has to deal with its specific issues. I believe myself that the traditional way of teacher-adept is a very justified way. But we can not turn back so we have to move forward with what is, overloaded with information. So it is up to ourselves to eat gradually, feel, digest and stay very clear about our motivations and goals. Which holds great responsability and clarity.
And learn that stepping back is moving forward. So you stepped back to come in touch with 'earth'.
Great, you have my support...
Wendy
