MessageI think that Astrology had been evolving and will continue too.
People tend to view charts in a different light now then they did back say 1000 years ago or even 100 years.
For example the my person style of natal astrology points to potential energies, in essence I don't view (as many other modern astrologer) that one chart is necessarily worse or better then another, just different.
This very general view idea is common I believe now. But historically many astrologers would put a lot of weight on things like exalted planets and or planetary rulerships. For example if your Mercury was in Gemini, this is the natural position for Mercury and was considered 'better' then say Mercury in Sagittarius being in detriment to Mercury.
These days one would be able to find the strength and advantage in having Mercury in Sagittarius.
Also Astrology has in many ways moved away from destiny interpretations into more potential possibilities, at least in the circles I have been in.
I personally have never really been too interested in predictive astrology. Way too many unknowns for me.
