1. You already have an arsenal of techniques that work well, and you
don't feel the need to add others.
OR
2. You have tried some of the practices in the past and they didn't
work for you.

3. There is something about the nature of the practices that
you find unappealing.
OR
4. Some other personal reasons.
Of course, it is completely up to you whether you choose to expound
upon this question or not--and judging by your above posts, it
seems to suggest you don't want to discuss it--which is fine, but
it should be clear that you've definitely peaked the interest of
some readers . . .
