MessageI just got back a few days ago from driving down
to Asheville to take the Primordial Qigong Workshop
from Michael.
It was a fantastic time!
The attendees were genuine and wonderful souls.
The form itself is fantastic, and I found it to
be quite powerful. After (and during) the weekend of
intensive practice, I noticed some major shifts.
A number of serious emotional/psychic/mental issues
that I had been grappling with, partially resolved. A key
component to this was a heightened awareness that certain
things that I had viewed as problems were, in fact, nothing
but *illusions created by the mind*! I hadn't been seeing
the "true" reality, just a "fabricated reality" constructed
by the mind that had chosen to be "locked" into a particularly
rigid way of thinking. Over the weekend, much of this thinking
evaporated and left me with an inner peace. The practice
helped to effect this change.
After several hours of practice, it was sincerely hard
to *stop smiling*. All of the high level energy and progress
that I had acquired during the summer Healing Tao retreats that
I took, came flooding back over the weekend.
Overall, it was a great experience, and I plan on incorporating
the form into my overall practice. I look forward to seeing what
effects I get when I practice this in combination with the Deep
Healing Qigong form.
