We are doing our best to help people transform before their defenses break down.....I suggest you sit quietly and gain some self-awareness.
But instead of merely sitting in an empty mind space and watching yourself act out your anger and pornographic visions, trying focusing on your inner heart, and smile to all those disturbed aspects of yourself.
It will probably help mediate the deep stuff coming up. And please remember, just because it comes up into your awareness, you don't have to act it out.
