OK on this one I have to keep an open mind. That's the stand I choose to take. Actually didn't know about it but I will check out some more when I have time, why not?
I remember reading once about a group of people in Switzerland who were very orthodox Xtians making some kind of perpetual motion machine, but saying people would have to be more pious and true to the will of God before they could understand how it worked... I am prepared to believe in the possibility but of course it is all up in the air. To me it is quite likely that prevailing societal conditions could actually make possibilities in matter or close them off, because of course prevailing psychological conditions do the same - that is one of the bases of what's taught on this site, that one's intention and attunement to life force can change the very biology of one's physical body.
But how can one tell from a Youtube vid if that's what's going on here? :)
It *may* all be bullshit, I simply have no way of knowing so I choose to say I don't know and leave it at that! But it's rather different from the example Michael posted.

I'm beginning to agree with that. I think the prevailing customs, mores, level of love and freedom in society probably dictate most of what is possible in it right down to the material level. But these are things that for the moment are outside my control, so I have to do what Alexander would recommend - wish for the best possible and then just leave it up to divine providence.
